I Know The British Virgin Islands are not Part of the U.S. goal I Was wondering if year U.S. citizen (eg German, French, Danish) Needs a visa to live There Permanently.
Asking as I'm not a tourist to Permanently. If Were he to move to Another Country in the U.S. he Would not Need One, Would It Be The Same for the British Virgin Islands?
Lindy Penrod says...
The British Virgin Islands are NOT part of the European Union. Only The United Kingdom is. Crown territories and other overseas dependencies such asBermuda, Turks & Caicos, and Anguilla all have their immigration departments. Since EU citizens are "non-belongers" ("belongers" are natives of the BVI and their children; also those residing legally in the islands for a lengthy period of time are considered belongers) you will have to apply for a residency certificate ($300) to work and reside in the islands.

Only the French islands of Guadeloupe, Martinique, St. Martin and St. Barts are part of the EU. The Dutch islands of Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, St. Maarten, Saba, and St. Eustatius are not part of the EU. Same goes for the UK colonies in the area.
