I am going on a cruise stops in Aruba.I That Would Like to visit Either Palm Beach, Eagle Beach or Baby Beach.Currently, I am not planning is Paying for a "shore tour" as I only Need transportation to / From The beach.Do You Know If I Can find a taxi coming back from golden beaches Any Of These Will I need to pre-book a return? Does One of These beaches Have A Better Chance of Finding transportation Than The Others?

The beaches you list are usually pretty populated and have taxis coming by periodically. Palm Beach is the main stretch so you won't have any problem. Eagle Beach and Baby Beach usually have a couple taxis on stand by. If you really are that concerned, you can always take a taxi and ask the driver to return at a certain time. In order of difficulty (easiest to hardest) of getting a taxi would probably be Palm, Eagle, Baby.
One big thing to mention is that taxis in Aruba are surprisingly strict when it comes to wearing wet bathing suits in cabs. Almost all of them will refuse you if you are wearing a wet bathing suit. Make sure to bring a change of clothes so you can get back.
