I May Be traveling to Botswana this summer and I have a SEVERE allergy nut. I CAN AVOID eating nuts in the U.S. by Simply Reading the ingredients label, Asking the cook, or not eating questionable food. Do people in Botswana cook With a lot nuts? What nuts are eaten in Botswana and How Often? With What dishes? Also, what about fish? Do people frequently eat fish? (I'm allergic to fish too MOST)

They have a lot of corn in their recipes. You're going to have to research your meals before you eat, but no, not a lot of nuts.
