I just finished university and'm Not Ready to start my career just yet. My brother and i would really like to Move to the Cayman Islands for a year or 6 months to live and work. Does anyone know where / how to Find the best jobs? I Already Know About the Immigration Rules, I am goal Struggling to find viablke Employment Opportunities That arent gold banking financier, etc.. Any help Would be great!

I think that you are being slightly unrealistic in wanting to work for such a short time. No employer is going to stump up for a work permit for someone who breezes in and out. A year would be the minimum. However, here are some links to help you in your search. I think that your best bet would be to work in a bar or a hotel. I knew someone who was an excellent barman and received so much in tips that he was able to buy a house in Canada at the end of four years!
