I don't think the Ravens getting Chad would be a miracle, a nice addition at most. He's actually pretty useless when he doesn't have someone of equal quality on the other side pulling coverage. Lets not forget that everyone already knows how to play him since it would just be a inter-division move.Ravens would be better served going elsewhere, heck is Housh still available?
