How Is The Service In Aeroflot

So i want to travel there and its a long Aeroflot journey. Now There Are a lot of mixed reviews out there With Some horrible people Saying icts and the Others Saying is good. So i wanted to ask you guys How Is Their service? Anyone HAD Any experiences? How Is Their customer service, cabin, flight attendants, food, etc..
