How Many Bedrooms Does A Typical BedampBreakfast HavePosted on March 12, 2011.  My family IS looking to purchase a Bed and Breakfast. It only has four rooms and I Was A Bit Concerned. We need some bedrooms for Our Family, and Some to rent out! We'd Have Two maximum guest bedroom and a huge house weekends Could not make profit out of. Is it possible to maybe add a bedroom on The First Floor? They Said There Was a lobby and a dining area (I have not seen The House in person yet.) Mwazzies thanks. #1 - anything is possible given the right amount of money, resources and right zoning laws.
#2 - how u accomplish it is a matter of taste - or not.
