I Also Have to wait in Russia for 4 hours for a Connecting flight.I've Seen the reviews aim It Seems it Depends on the flight you take.I've Heard Their français aussi est très bad And They Can Be Very unhelpful.Not to mention I dont know Anything EXCEPT in Russian yes or no.
