I'm not aware of any recognised scheduled flights to Aruba and I've no idea if you can get wangle your passage on a boat to Aruba.
I've been to Cuba but not Aruba so hopefully someone can come up with a better solution but these are my thoughts using flights ranging between low £200s: to high £200s October 2010 prices
Fly to Venezuela: (Aruba is only 15 miles off the coast)most expensive flight
Fly to Canada:Quite a few tourists go to Cuba from Canada (this is often the route for USA citizens as well). So you could enter the USA from Canada and work your way down to South America.
Fly to Mexico:slightly cheaper than a Canada flight, but you will be doubling back on yourself to visit USA and South A.Though I suppose you could do your Central/South America Journeys to route round to Venezuela then Aruba then fly to Miami.
