-Lots of money. Luanda is EXPENSIVE and sprawl is huge so you'll need a cab.
-Portuguese phrase book, they speak Portuguese there.
-Suitable clothes (it can get hot)
-Sunblock (again b/c of weather)
-Basic necessities. I said Luanda is expensive, and that's really because it imports a lot of basic items. Bring your own toothpaste, lotion, etc. if you don't want to pay a high price for them. Then again if you stay at a hotel they may provide it, but bring it anyways just in case.
