Doing my school's Model United Nations and we're doing Djibouti.Right now, I'm writing my position paper for Treatment of Detainees for SOCHUM.
So really I keep reading about this war Between 2 Countries and Those I Can not Seem To Find What Caused It. Any help?

Eritrea and Djibouti have never been at war. Eritrea has had a long standing war with Ethiopia over borders.In 1998 Eritrea's diplomatic relations with Djibouti were briefly severed due to Djibouti's close ties to Ethiopia(which Eritrea was at war with).The diplomatic relations were restored and normalized in 2000.
