Your question is ambiguous.
Do you stay as tourist in the United States or are you a citizen of the United States and want to visit Aruba as tourist.
Anyhow no medicals or immunizations are required to visit Aruba.
Americans can stay as tourist for up to 30 days. For flights a valid passport is required to leave and enter the US; Americans can enter Aruba by showing a certified copy of the birth certificate and a government/state issued picture ID (driver's license) instead of the passport.

Should you hold another passport and stay in the US as tourist you will need to check whether your country is listed as visa requiring country.

In this case you will need to apply for a visa at the nearest Dutch Embassy or Consulate General.
