I Will Be Spending 3 weeks in the Bahamas and British Virgin Islands. I Would Like to Bring my iPhone 3G to I am not sure Of The Involved fees if I use Data There. I am using EDGE OK With Down There, I need to know to use data if There Is Covered Under The iPhone data plan.

Sorry to tell you.. in the bahamas.. IF your provider has an agreement with the bahamas.you're phone service will work.
Sprint, ATT and T mobile have agreements in place.
You will need your service provider to turn on International Roaming.This usaully cost about $5 a month.. and you will pay between $1.99 and $2.99 per minute for incomeing and outgoing calls, as well as calls going to voice mail.$.45 - $.80 per txt.
Your DATA package will not work in the bahamas.. You would have to have a bahamian phone service contract and sign up for Data IPhone service package (a 2 year contract.. not done on a tourist basis).
EDGE will not work..Your internet service will not work..
Can't tell you about the US Virgin Islands.. but I'd think the issues are similar.
I suggest if you need your email - You bring a laptop and use wireless internet from the hotels.and SKYPE.. for phone service.
